Catwalks from across the Globe: SS’13 Fashion Week Review

 Starting in September, Spring/Summer show catwalks are all aglow with designs of fashion houses in the USA, London, Milan, Paris and many places in between.

Every season in September, the Spring/Summer shows begin in New York City, sweep off to London, sashay to Milan and storm in Paris. This season did not disappoint with juxtaposed patterns, masculine meets feminine silhouettes, Eastern influences, beautiful brocades, robust animal hides and prints, mega peplums, colours ranging from saturated sorbet hues to the monochromatic, hard-edged glamour, varying skirt lengths and OH the accessories and shoes! Let’s share from the catwalk and backstage with images from New York to Paris.

Paris Fashion Week closes out the season with Elie Saab on October 3rd and then we rest until February 2013. The excitement is always intoxicating during Fashion Week. See you next season!!
